Description

The exclusive Stage III whole fruit extraction principle and the pre-finisher system provide quality control features, making the Stage III Extractor the preferred extractor in the citrus industry. These features minimize peel oil, peel particles, and peel extractives in the juice, producing excellent flavor and high quality juice.

The adjustable squeeze reduces hesperidin, enzyme activity and viscosity to a minimum. The instantaneous separation of the undesirable seed and section membrane from the juice and juice cells results in a juice that requires no finishing other than removal of excess juice cells. As a further sanitation safeguard, stainless steel is used in every surface in the extractor that is in contact with the juice.
