Description
The ZMF400 continuous multi-fruit cold press juice extraction line
has been designed to obtain top quality fresh juices from both,
pitted and stone fruits and a large variety of vegetables.
Pitted fruit is emptied into the water rinsing bath from where it is
elevated and drained by bucket elevator into a fruit mill .The
ground fruit pumice is ejected into the belt press or a pump for
further processing.
The Belt Press ZBP400 is the ideal solution for those who are seeking to upgrade from a traditional batch press system. Its compact 2 pressing roller design delivers a class leading processing capacity of up to 400 Kg/h (880 lbs/h) with a juice yield of up to 72%. The operator can easily adjust the press to compensate for soft or hard fruit by varying the pneumatically operated belt regulating and tensioning system by means of the settings on the control panel.
